My name is Katharina Gifford and I am studying Art History at the University of Southern Maine. Part of my degree requirement is being an intern, and since my real interests lie in painting, conservation/restoration and painting technique I had been looking for an opportunity to work with someone in that field. Fortunately for me I found a business right downtown, called BD Mattozzi Fine Art Conservation Studio. I will be working there as an intern for the next 5 or so months.
